PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION
CATALOGS, SUPPLY: SETS, KITS, AND OUTFITS
This specification is approved for use by the Department of the Army and is available
for use by all departments and agencies of the Department of Defense.
1.
SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This specification contains requirements for preparation of Supply Catalogs
(SC), an illustrated components list and accountability aid for sets, kits, and outfits (SKO) with
the exception of medical supply catalogs which are managed by the Surgeon General.
1.2 Applicability This specification is applicable only to those SKOs that are type

classified and are assigned a line item number (LIN) and national stock number (NSN).
