MIL-DTL-87929 Technical Manuals, Operation And Maintenance Instructions In Work Package Format \(For Usaf Equipment\)This detail specification covers the requirements for preparation of equipment Operation and Maintenance \(O&M\) Technical Manuals \(TM\) in Work Package \(WP\) and Subordinate Work Package \(SWP\) formats. Manuals, using the WP and SWP concept described within this specification, are intended for use at Intermediate and Depot levels on all equipment and at Organizational level for equipment not using the MIL-PRF-83495 maintenance manual concept. This specification provides for Standard Generalized Markup Language \(SGML\) Document Type Definitions \(DTD\) usage \(see appendices A.1 through L\) required for electronic data delivery. All Appendices are intended for compliance when required.

I.1 SCOPE.

I.1.1 Scope. This appendix provides the special or unique criteria, in addition to the provisions of

MIL-DTL-87929, required for development of the following: Specialized Storage and Maintenance Procedures

for All Up Round (AUR) Munitions (missiles, precision guided, and assembled munitions and associated

support equipment), Conventional Components and Chemical Munitions/Biological Research (CMBR) Agents

Technical Manual (TM). The markup tags described herein are based on rules outlined in MIL-HNDBK-28001

and ISO 8879. The information contained in and referred to in this appendix forms a part of the standard

and is intended for compliance. The Document Type Deinition (DTD) referenced herein may be obtained

directly from the preparing activity (see A.4.3). The information contained herein is intended for compliance.
