3.3.4 Section II, illustrated component list/hand receipt . This section shall be DA Form
2062-1 prepared in accordance with figures 4 through 6. The header and succeeding
continuation pages shall be identified as DA Form 2062-1. Also refer to explanation and use of
columns on figure 3. The "FROM", "TO", and "HAND RECEIPT" blocks shall be left blank on
the header page. The "END ITEM DESCRIPTION" block shall contain the federal item name,
as specified in SB 700-20. Unless otherwise specified, each component and subset item shall be
illustrated and identified by its NSN in the "ILLUSTRATION/NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER"
column. Illustrations shall be two dimensional isometric line drawings. Items listed in the "ITEM
DESCRIPTION" column shall be arranged in alphabetical sequence by Federal item name. Subset
component parts shall be indented alphabetically under their parent name. Subcomponents
separately supplied ("e.g., blades and handles") shall be listed out of alphabetical order for user
clarification. Remarks are notations specifically relating to a component authorization and shall be
placed after the item identification. The current accounting requirements code (ARC) and the
controlled inventory item code (CIIC) shall be extracted from the Army Central Logistics Data
Bank (ACLDB). Columns A through K are for recording the results of eleven separate
inventories. When items are deleted, quantity on hand blocks shall be shaded.
3.3.5 Section III, NSN/page index . Unless otherwise specified, an NSN/page index shall be
prepared in accordance with figure 7. The index shall cross-reference the NSN of each
component item to the page where the item is listed in section II. The NSN/page index shall be
prepared in national item identification number (NIIN) sequence; (e.g., the last nine digits of the
NSN). A CAGEC/ part number/page index shall be prepared in a similar format, if specified by
the contracting activity.
3.3.6 Section IV, loading plan. When SKOs are vehicular or shelter mounted or intended
to be installed in organic vehicles or equipment, a loading plan section shall be provided. This
section shall be prepared in accordance with figure 8 and shall include the following paragraphs:

c.
Troop installed SKO
This plan shall also contain illustrations depicting floor plan, curbside and roadside views to
illustrate the location of all SKO components in the loaded position (see figures 9, 10 and 11).
3.3.7 Appendix A - consumable items. If this appendix is required by the contracting
activity, it shall be prepared without illustrations in accordance with figure 12.
3.3.8 Concluding material. The concluding material in the SC shall include an
authentication page in accordance with figure 13.
