3.3.9 Supply catalog change page. When specified by the contracting activity, the SC

change page shall be provided. The change page shall conform to the format of the catalog and

shall be prepared in accordance with figure 14.

3.3.10 Section II, change page . This change page shall be prepared in accordance with

paragraph 3.3.4 and figure 15.

3.4 Style and format requirements

3.4.1 Page numbering. Page numbers shall be centered at the bottom of each page.

3.4.1.1 Cover numbering. The cover shall not be numbered on the front or the back.

3.4.1.2 Summary of publication change actions page numbering. This page(s) shall be

numbered with lower case Roman numerals such as I, ii, iii, etc.

3.4.1.3 Section I, II, III, IV page numbering . Pages in these sections shall be numbered

consecutively by Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) beginning with 1 and prefixed with the upper

case Roman numeral representing the section number. For example, page number II - 6 is the

sixth page of section two. The numbering sequence for appendices when used shall be, A - 1,

A - 2, etc.

3.4.1.4 Concluding material page numbering. The concluding material pages of the SC

shall not be numbered.

3.4.2 Horizontal format. SKO Supply Catalogs shall be prepared in horizontal format

(across the broadside of the page).

3.4.3 Page size. Unless otherwise specified, page size shall be 11 x 8 � inches.

3.4.4 Standard holes. Standard three hole, 7/16-inch diameter notebook drilling shall be

used.

VERIFICATION

4.1 Verification. The verification requirements shall be as specified in the contract or

order (see 6.2).

PACKAGING

5.1 Packaging. For acquisition purposes, packaging requirements shall be as specified in

the contract or order (see 6.2). When actual packaging of material is to be performed by DoD

personnel, these personnel need to contact the responsible packaging activity to ascertain requisite

packaging requirements. Packaging requirements are maintained by the Inventory Control Point's

packaging activity within the Military Department or Defense Agency, or within the Military
