3.5.1 Front matter. The front matter shall be in accordance with the requirements of MIL-STD-38784,
except no list of illustrations or list of tables shall be used.
3.5.1.1 Foreword. The foreword shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of MIL-STD-38784.
Submittal and routing instructions for technical manual improvement reports shall be included, and shall
