3.2.7.3 Integrated combat turnaround procedures checklists (see 3.10). These checklists shall contain
emergency procedures and condensed aircraft servicing and munitions loading/unloading procedures. All
information shall be unclassiied.
3.2.7.4 NATO Stage B cross-servicing checklists (see 3.11). Illustrated checklists shall be required, to
ensure aircraft are safely cross-serviced without doubt or confusion. These checklists shall contain emergency
procedures and munitions loading procedures. All information shall be unclassiied.
3.3 Nuclear weapons basic information and loading procedures manual (ighter aircraft). The contractor
shall use the DTD in Appendix A, if electronic delivery of this manual is required (see 6.2). Capitalization
and underscoring of chapter, section, and paragraph titles shall be in accordance with the requirements of
MIL-STD-38784 (see 6.6). This manual shall be arranged as follows:

1. Section I - General safety requirements.
2. Section II - Emergency procedures.
3. Section III - Aircraft description and general arrangement.
4. Section IV - SE description.

c. Chapter 2 - Bombs/weapons loading procedures.

4. Ferry procedures.
d. Chapter 3 - Practice bomb loading procedures.
1. General.
2. Loading procedures.
3. Unloading procedures.
3.3.1 Front matter. The front matter shall be in accordance with the requirements of MIL-STD-38784,
except that no list of illustrations or list of tables shall be included.
3.3.1.1 Foreword. The foreword shall be in accordance with the requirements of MIL-STD-38784, with the
following additional requirements. The foreword shall include a listing of applicable publications. The
foreword shall also contain a precedence paragraph or statement, and a nuclear safety certiication
statement as provided by the acquiring activity (see 6.2). Submittal and routing instructions for technical
manual improvement reports shall be included, and shall reference TO 00- 5-1 as the authority for
recommending changes. A paragraph shall be included identifying the Air Force activity having technical
responsibility for the manual (see 6.2). Standard deinitions of "WARNING," "CAUTION," and "NOTE"
shall be included as the inal entry of the foreword. Any other additional information shall be included,
if provided by the acquiring activity (see 6.2).
3.3.2 Chapter 1 - Basic information. Unless otherwise speciied by the acquiring activity, all the following
sections shall be included (see 6.2). When not required, the section heading (section number and title) shall
be included, followed by "Not Applicable." When speciied by the acquiring activity, additional sections shall
be included, and shall begin after the last of the required sections. (see 6.2).
